Christopher E. Lynch
Principal
Became a Texas CPA in 1995 after graduating with his MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He worked for Coopers & Lybrand, now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers, for three years, then was Controller for a local insurance company and Controller and Chief Financial Officer for an internet start-up for five years. He is currently a member of the Texas Society of CPAs, an adjunct professor in the MBA program at St. Edwards University, a Board member and Treasurer of an area-wide charity and a Board member and Treasurer of a neighborhood association.

Karen Coombes
Enrolled Agent
Recently joined the firm and has been practicing as a sole proprietor since 1992, providing service to primarily individual taxpayers. She received her business degree in 1990 and continues to expand and update her tax knowledge by attending over 40 hours of tax seminars and conferences annually. An active board member, Vice President, and newsletter editor for the Texas Chapter of NATP (National Association of Tax Professionals), she also serves on the Austin Local IRS/Practitioner Liaison Committee, and is a member of the Capital of Texas Enrolled Agents. Karen considers the service she provides her clients not just a business, but also a way to use her knowledge to help others.
